Thai Peanut Chicken Wraps are a delicious and easy meal option packed with flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cups fresh lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • 2 large carrots, julienned
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken strips in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and honey to make the sauce.
  3. Toss the cooked chicken in the peanut sauce until well coated.
  4. Lay out the tortillas and place lettuce, cabbage, carrots, and cilantro on each.
  5. Add the chicken mixture on top of the veggies.
  6. Wrap the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.
  7. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by adding chili flakes if desired.
  • These wraps can be made in advance and stored in the fridge.
