- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cups fresh lettuce leaves
- 1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
- 2 large carrots, julienned
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Cook the chicken strips in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and honey to make the sauce.
- Toss the cooked chicken in the peanut sauce until well coated.
- Lay out the tortillas and place lettuce, cabbage, carrots, and cilantro on each.
- Add the chicken mixture on top of the veggies.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding chili flakes if desired.
- These wraps can be made in advance and stored in the fridge.
