- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- Optional: ranch, spicy mayo, or extra sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the chicken with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Assemble the wraps with lettuce, carrots, and green onions.
- Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and roll tightly.
