  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • Optional: ranch, spicy mayo, or extra sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the chicken with cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Assemble the wraps with lettuce, carrots, and green onions.
  7. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and roll tightly.
