Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Brush the melted butter over the pastry.
  4. In a bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  5. Sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly over the buttered pastry.
  6. Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
  7. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces.
  8. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
