Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Brush the melted butter over the pastry.
- In a bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly over the buttered pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
