Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and chopped spinach.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface.
  6. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into bagels.
  7. Place bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush with egg wash.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
