Ingredients

- 1 lb pecan halves
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a bowl, beat the egg white and water until frothy.
- Add vanilla extract, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Fold in the pecan halves until well coated.
- Spread pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
