Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup sweetener of choice
  • 2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Crust of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Prepare your crust and place it in a springform pan.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  7. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
