- 24 oz cream cheese or vegan cream cheese
- 2 cups Greek yogurt or dairy free alternative
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 2/3 cup sweetener of choice
- 2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Crust of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare your crust and place it in a springform pan.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easy removal.
- Top with fresh fruit or a fruit sauce if desired.
