Description

Easy no-bake peanut butter cookies that are quick to prepare and delicious.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups quick-cook oats
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, milk, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add oats and mix well.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool until set.
