Easy no-bake peanut butter cookies that are quick to prepare and delicious.
Ingredients

- 3 cups quick-cook oats
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, milk, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Add oats and mix well.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool until set.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- You can add chocolate chips or nuts for variation.
