Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs small potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Gently smash each potato with a fork or the bottom of a glass.
- Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Use any small potatoes like baby Yukon gold or red potatoes.
- Adjust seasonings according to your taste.
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
