Description

Crispy Smashed Potatoes are a delicious and easy side dish. They are crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Gently smash each potato with a fork or the bottom of a glass.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes.
  7. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy.
