Ingredients

  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup Flour (for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup Butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add granulated sugar, egg, and melted butter. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Stir until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix the crumb topping ingredients until crumbly.
  8. Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the batter.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
