Fried chicken drumsticks coated with crushed Butterfinger bars for a sweet and savory twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag Nestlé Butterfinger Fun Size Bars
  • 1 box Kellogg’s Corn Flakes
  • 1 tub Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 bag Toll House White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 bag Snyder’s of Hanover Pretzel Rods

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oil for frying.
  2. Crush the Butterfinger bars and pretzel rods in separate bowls.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with crushed Butterfinger bars.
  4. Coat each drumstick with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Roll the drumsticks in crushed pretzel rods and then in crushed Corn Flakes.
  6. Fry the drumsticks until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Drizzle with melted white chocolate before serving.

  • Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying.
  • You can substitute any chocolate bars if desired.
