Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Air Fryer Crunchwrap Supreme that combines layers of beef, cheese, and fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 5 large tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • ⅔ cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 4 tostadas or 2 cups tortilla chips
  • ⅔ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 2 cups cheese blend shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat and stir in water and taco seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Lay one tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce.
  4. Add a layer of the seasoned beef, followed by tostadas or tortilla chips.
  5. Spread sour cream over the tostadas, then add lettuce and tomatoes.
  6. Top with shredded cheese blend.
  7. Place another tortilla on top and fold the edges inward to create a wrap.
  8. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Place wrapped crunchwrap in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  10. Remove and serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust toppings according to your preference.
  • Can be made vegetarian by substituting beef with beans.
  • Serve with salsa or guacamole on the side.
