Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
- In a bowl, combine black beans, diced avocados, shredded cheese, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the filling evenly onto half of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas over to cover the filling.
