Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, brisket, jalapeños, and green onions until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, and spoon a portion of the filling onto the center.
- Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll up tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for frying.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle honey over the hot egg rolls before serving.
