Instructions

- Warm the flour tortillas on a skillet or microwave.
- Spread a layer of seasoned rice on each tortilla.
- Add the seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, and crunchy red tortilla strips.
- Sprinkle shredded three-cheese blend on top.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a burrito.
- Serve with optional toppings like sour cream, salsa, or jalapeños.
