- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped

Instructions
- Slice the peaches and cube the watermelon.
- In a large bowl, combine the peaches and watermelon.
- Add the chopped mint, lemon or lime juice, and olive oil (if using).
- Season with cracked black pepper and sea salt.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
