- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak and sear until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
- Pour in heavy cream, and stir in blue cheese until melted and well combined.
- Add the cooked rigatoni and seared steak to the skillet. Mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese and dried oregano.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
