Ingredients

- Onion powder: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper: 1/4 tsp
- Mozzarella string cheese sticks: 10 sticks
- Italian-style breadcrumbs: 1 cup
- All-purpose flour: 1/2 cup
- Large eggs: 2
- Vegetable oil: for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut mozzarella string cheese sticks in half.
- Wrap the spinach mixture around each cheese stick.
- Set up a breading station: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each wrapped stick in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the sticks until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
