A hearty and flavorful slow cooker dish combining taco flavors with pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 (16 oz) jar of salsa
- 1 (10 oz) can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
- 2 cups uncooked pasta (elbow macaroni or small shells)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beef broth or water
- Optional: chopped onions, bell peppers, black beans, corn
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef or turkey in a skillet.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add browned meat to the slow cooker.
- Stir in salsa, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and beef broth or water.
- Add uncooked pasta and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less taco seasoning.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute meat with black beans.
- Serve with sour cream or avocado if desired.
