Ingredients

- 2–3 lbs beef chuck roast
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- 12 oz egg noodles
- Optional garnishes: fresh parsley, grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Add the beef broth and onion soup mix.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Stir the cooked noodles into the beef mixture.
- Serve with optional garnishes.
Notes
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- For thicker sauce, you can add cornstarch mixed with water.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
