  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • Optional garnishes: fresh parsley, grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the beef broth and onion soup mix.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  5. Remove the beef, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
  6. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
  7. Stir the cooked noodles into the beef mixture.
  8. Serve with optional garnishes.
