- 8 ounces Pasta (penne, ziti, or rigatoni)
- 4 cloves Garlic Minced
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Heavy Cream or Coconut Cream Dairy-free option available
- 1 cup Chicken Broth Can use vegetable broth for vegetarian option
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink.
- Add lemon juice, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
- Mix in cooked pasta and red pepper flakes. Combine well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
