Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups are a delicious combination of seafood and creamy sauce wrapped in pasta.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and crab meat, cooking until heated through.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup of Alfredo sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the ricotta mixture on each lasagna noodle.
- Add shrimp and crab mixture on top of the ricotta.
- Roll up each noodle and place it in a baking dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked shrimp to save time.
- Feel free to add more seafood or vegetables as desired.
- Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
