- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the saucepan and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper; mix well.
