- 1 box brownie mix prepared according to the package directions
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 16 ounce bottle caramel ice cream topping
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
- Pour brownie batter into a baking dish.
- Bake brownies as instructed on the box.
- Once baked, remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Spread caramel topping evenly over the brownies.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of the caramel.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the coconut.
- Let set before cutting into squares.
