- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup dry white grape juice or chicken broth
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Pour in white grape juice or chicken broth and lemon juice.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the heat level by adding more or less crushed red pepper flakes.
- Serve over pasta or rice for a complete meal.
