Ruth’s Chris Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Skillet is a delicious seafood dish that combines the rich flavors of garlic and Parmesan with succulent shrimp.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry white grape juice or chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
  4. Pour in white grape juice or chicken broth and lemon juice.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

  • Feel free to adjust the heat level by adding more or less crushed red pepper flakes.
