Description

Raspberry Oatmeal Crumble Bars are a delicious dessert combining oats and raspberry preserves.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned whole-rolled oats
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of raspberry preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Add flour, oats, and salt to the mixture. Stir until combined.
  4. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  5. Spread raspberry preserves over the pressed mixture.
  6. Crumble the remaining mixture on top of the preserves.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before cutting into bars.
