Raspberry Oatmeal Crumble Bars are a delicious dessert combining oats and raspberry preserves.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned whole-rolled oats
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup of raspberry preserves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla.
- Add flour, oats, and salt to the mixture. Stir until combined.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Spread raspberry preserves over the pressed mixture.
- Crumble the remaining mixture on top of the preserves.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use your favorite fruit preserves.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
