- 0.33 cup whey vanilla protein powder (30g)
- 4 teaspoons banana cream flavor instant pudding mix sugar-free (11g)
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk (10ml)
- 3 whole vanilla wafers sugar-free (14g), crushed
- 0.5 whole medium banana, sliced (60g)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, and instant pudding mix.
- Add unsweetened almond milk and mix until smooth.
- Fold in sliced banana and crushed vanilla wafers.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy your protein banana pudding.
