Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
- Add the cooked potatoes, cheddar cheese, chives, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using) to the eggs.
- Mix well until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
