- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pineapple juice, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the crushed pineapple.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with pineapple juice until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
