  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
  4. Add onion, red bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in pineapple, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.
