A hearty and flavorful Philly Cheesesteak Bowl with riced cauliflower.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large green bell pepper sliced
- 1 large onion sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced, baby bella preferred
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices provolone cheese 6-8 oz, cut into strips
- 4 cups riced cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté riced cauliflower until heated through.
- Serve beef mixture over riced cauliflower and top with provolone cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Optionally freeze beef for easier slicing.
- Squeeze out excess moisture from frozen riced cauliflower.
