- 2 teaspoons brown sugar (for sauce)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (for sauce)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the marinade ingredients: soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and corn starch.
- Add the sliced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, ginger, mushrooms, and zucchini to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the pan.
- Stir until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
