- ¾ cup BBQ sauce (preferably smoky variety)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: chopped parsley or green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add penne pasta and water or chicken broth to the pan.
- Stir in BBQ sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
