Description

No-Bake Pretzel Bars with Salted Caramel are a perfect blend of sweet and salty flavors, combining crunchy pretzels, rich chocolate, and smooth caramel.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups mini pretzels (crushed with some bigger chunks)
  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided for layers)
  • ½ cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky, split between layers)
  • 1½ cups soft caramels (≈11 oz, unwrapped)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream or milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Flaky sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt ½ cup of chocolate chips and ¼ cup of peanut butter together.
  2. Mix in the crushed pretzels until well coated.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish to form the bottom layer.
  4. Melt the caramels with heavy cream or milk and butter until smooth.
  5. Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzel layer.
  6. Melt the remaining chocolate chips and mix with the remaining peanut butter.
  7. Spread the chocolate mixture over the caramel layer.
  8. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
  9. Refrigerate until set, then cut into bars.
