No-Bake Pretzel Bars with Salted Caramel are a perfect blend of sweet and salty flavors, combining crunchy pretzels, rich chocolate, and smooth caramel.
Ingredients

- 3 cups mini pretzels (crushed with some bigger chunks)
- 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided for layers)
- ½ cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky, split between layers)
- 1½ cups soft caramels (≈11 oz, unwrapped)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream or milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Flaky sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Melt ½ cup of chocolate chips and ¼ cup of peanut butter together.
- Mix in the crushed pretzels until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish to form the bottom layer.
- Melt the caramels with heavy cream or milk and butter until smooth.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzel layer.
- Melt the remaining chocolate chips and mix with the remaining peanut butter.
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the caramel layer.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
- Refrigerate until set, then cut into bars.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
