Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or crushed digestive biscuits)
  • 1 cup melted chocolate (for dipping, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in graham cracker crumbs until the mixture is thick.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. If desired, dip each ball in melted chocolate.
  7. Return to the refrigerator to set the chocolate, if used.
