- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or crushed digestive biscuits)
- 1 cup melted chocolate (for dipping, optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs until the mixture is thick.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- If desired, dip each ball in melted chocolate.
- Return to the refrigerator to set the chocolate, if used.
