No-Bake Coconut Pecan Praline Clusters are sweet treats made with coconut and pecans, requiring no baking.
Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1½ cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped and lightly toasted
- ½ cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, milk, and salt. Cook over medium heat until boiling.
- Stir continuously for 5 minutes until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, coconut, and pecans.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper.
- If desired, melt chocolate chips and drizzle over clusters.
- Let cool until set.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Clusters will keep for about a week.
