- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add shallots and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add chopped mushrooms, cook until moisture evaporates.
- Stir in fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread goat cheese on each pastry square.
- Top with mushroom mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
