Mini Green Bean Casserole Bites are a tasty twist on a classic dish, perfect as appetizers or side dishes.


Ingredients

  • 1 Can Pillsbury Grand buttermilk biscuits
  • 12 Oz Bag of green beans, drained
  • 1 Can Cream of mushroom condensed soup
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 3/4 cup French’s crispy fried onions, divided
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix green beans, cream of mushroom soup, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the crispy fried onions.
  3. Roll out the biscuits and cut each into smaller pieces.
  4. Press each piece into the bottom of a muffin tin cup.
  5. Fill each biscuit cup with the green bean mixture.
  6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crispy fried onions.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
