- 1 Can Pillsbury Grand buttermilk biscuits
- 12 Oz Bag of green beans, drained
- 1 Can Cream of mushroom condensed soup
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 3/4 cup French’s crispy fried onions, divided
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix green beans, cream of mushroom soup, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the crispy fried onions.
- Roll out the biscuits and cut each into smaller pieces.
- Press each piece into the bottom of a muffin tin cup.
- Fill each biscuit cup with the green bean mixture.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crispy fried onions.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
