  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (oil-packed for best flavor)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, and heavy cream to the skillet.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese, dried thyme, and dried basil, and cook until the sauce thickens.
  8. Return the salmon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
