Ingredients
- Gnocchi (16 oz)
- Butter (2 tbsp)
- Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Red pepper flakes (1/2 tsp)
- Chicken broth (1 cup)
- Heavy cream (1 cup)
- Sun-dried tomatoes (1/2 cup, chopped)
- Parmesan cheese (3/4 cup, grated)
- Fresh spinach (2 cups)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add gnocchi and cook until they float to the top.
- Stir in heavy cream and sun-dried tomatoes; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Fold in fresh spinach until wilted.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.

- Adjust spice level with more or less red pepper flakes.
