A delicious side dish featuring broccoli cooked with garlic and Parmesan.
Ingredients

- 1 pound broccoli washed and cut into florets
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until bright green.
- Drain broccoli and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add broccoli to the skillet and toss with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Serve hot.

- For added flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice.
