Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound broccoli washed and cut into florets
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until bright green.
  3. Drain broccoli and set aside.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Add broccoli to the skillet and toss with garlic butter.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  8. Serve hot.
