  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper, more or less to taste
  • Chopped parsley, optional, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and lemon pepper seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side.
