A hearty and easy-to-make casserole with ground beef and vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into pieces
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, green beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- If using, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender.
Notes
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
- Feel free to add other vegetables as desired.
