- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 carrot peeled and grated
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 1 ¼ cups Best Foods or Hellman’s mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, apple cider vinegar, grated carrot, and grated onion.
- Add mayonnaise, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
