Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in diced potatoes and bell pepper, cook for 10 minutes.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
