Guy Fieri’s Macaroni Salad is a creamy and flavorful side dish perfect for barbecues and gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, granulated sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cooled macaroni, sweet pickle relish, shredded carrots, red bell pepper, celery, and parsley to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Feel free to add other vegetables or proteins as desired.
