- 2 cups spinach, chopped

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in diced sweet potatoes and bell pepper.
- Season with smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook for about 15 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
