Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef (browned)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Soft buns for serving

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add browned beef, onion, and green bell pepper to the crockpot.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve on soft buns.
