Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni to firm al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. Dice sweet gherkins, red bell pepper, celery, red onion, and hard-boiled eggs.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, sweet pickle juice, red wine vinegar, sugar, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Combine the cooked macaroni with the diced ingredients.
  5. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
