- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add Italian seasoning, Rotel tomatoes, butter, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir well.
- Pour in the heavy cream and mix until combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta with the sauce.
- Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
