  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add Italian seasoning, Rotel tomatoes, butter, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir well.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and mix until combined.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta with the sauce.
  6. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined.
