  • 400 g baby potatoes (halved)
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
  3. Toss chicken breasts in the mixture until well coated.
  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet.
  5. In the same bowl, add potatoes and toss with the remaining mixture.
  6. Spread potatoes around the chicken on the baking sheet.
  7. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
  8. Add green beans to the baking sheet and drizzle with butter.
  9. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 15 minutes.
